Enemy Cackle- Dig Deeper

Dig Deeper- Enemy Cackle

“He takes us into the dark night. He weans us from all the pleasures by giving us dry times and inward darkness. In doing so, He is able to take away all these vices and create virtues within us. Through the dark night pride becomes humility, greed becomes simplicity, wrath becomes contentment, luxury becomes peace, gluttony becomes moderation, envy becomes joy, and sloth becomes strength. No soul will ever grow deep in the spiritual life unless God works passively in that soul by means of the Dark Night.” Author: Chuck Swindoll In Job

Truth!
Never Shines Brighter Than In A Dark Night!
It Transforms Us Into Beacons Of Right Living!
Dig Deeper!

  • Who Is The Spirit Of Truth That Illumines Our Dark Nights? Jesus left us the Spirit of Truth to remain with us forever – He lives with us constantly – God’s Truth is with us always!
  • We spend our precious time chasing bunnies down empty trails trying to find a measure of truth that is supposed to yield contentment and peace to our ever changing thoughts being manipulated by our environment!
  • Rationalization supports the warping of our characters, but it is a prop that will not hold the weight of immorality and lawlessness and we see the result in the moral crash of our society.
  • We desperately seek comfort, peace from the many voices of confusion, the cackle of our enemy. In all the places and things of this world where we are seeking these reality reassurance and temporary comfort fixes, we never truly find real truth that leads us past our self–centered unbelief to a constant and secure inner peace.
  • Jesus Is Our Peace! Jesus showed us the way to real truth, by way of a cross! He is our peace and with perfect finality, He will shut up the enemy cackle for good!
  • Jesus, we believe! Help our unbelief! Help us to make a daily connection with Your Presence and Peace and find the reality of Your truth – the invariable reality of the Spirit of Truth Who lives within us!
  • In this dark night of our generation where pain shouts and enemies cackle, transform us and empower us with the passion of Your heart, that we might glow Your Glory as we dig our roots deeply in Your Sovereign Kingdom and cling harder to Your Infinite Love! Jesus!

The Peace Of God

“Reflecting His peace is proof that you are right with God, because you are exhibiting the freedom to turn your mind to Him. If you are not right with God, you can never turn your mind anywhere but on yourself.”
Quote By: Oswald Chambers

The Contentment Of God

But there is no true contentment in living the life of a victim.
Self-pity = pity for self = selfishness
Dig Deeper – Learn Contentment

  • Contentment = blessedness = makarios2 = fully satisfied not because of favorable circumstances, but because Jesus is dwelling in you
  • We are blessed in suffering because we learn not to look to this world for happiness.
  • The only way we can be truly satisfied is to fully surrender to God. The Above Excerpts By Celeste Li- www.triumphoversuffering.com

DIG DEEPER!
Let The Peace Of God Reign In You!

Let The Peace Of God Reign: By Hillsong

Water It
Water It

WATER IT!
Water Your Heart! No! Enemy Cackle! Yes! Godly Truth!

For my determined purpose is that I may know Him that I may progressively become more deeply and intimately acquainted with Him, perceiving and recognizing and understanding the wonders of His Person more strongly and more clearly, and that I may in that same way come to know the power outflowing from His resurrection which it exerts over believers, and that I may so share His sufferings as to be continually transformed, in spirit into His likeness even to His death, in the hope That if possible I may attain to the spiritual and moral resurrection that lifts me out from among the dead, even while in the body. Not that I have now attained this ideal, or have already been made perfect, but I press on to lay hold of, grasp and make my own, that for which Christ Jesus, the Messiah, has laid hold of me and made me His own. Philippians 3:8-12

My Thoughts From Philippians 3:8-12: I have found that I can’t live up to the law, I have too much “human condition” that is just not perfect and I wonder if it can ever be! But I truly believe with all my heart that Jesus, He covers me with His robe of righteousness! Yet, I know that I have an unconditional identity with my Father God, He loves me right where I am and my heart is in full pursuit of His purpose. I want to be found in it. I don’t want to entertain enemy cackle, I desire to entertain God’s Truth. It is my one desire to Know God, to Know His Purposes For Me. How About You? Plant The Seed Of This Scripture In Your Heart And Water It With God’s Living Water. Let It Grow In Us Lord Jesus!

Three times I called upon the Lord and besought Him about this and begged that it might depart from me; But He said to me, My grace My favor and loving-kindness and mercy is enough for you, sufficient against any danger and enables you to bear the trouble manfully; for My strength and power are made perfect, fulfilled and completed and show themselves most effective in your weakness. Therefore, I will all the more gladly glory in my weaknesses and infirmities, that the strength and power of Christ, the Messiah, may rest, yes, may pitch a tent over and dwell upon me! So for the sake of Christ, I am well pleased and take pleasure in infirmities, insults, hardships, persecutions, perplexities and distresses; for when I am weak in human strength, then am I am truly strong, able, powerful in divine strength. 2 Corinthians 12:8-10 Amplified Bible

My Thoughts From 2 Corinthians 12:8-10: This scripture reminds me today of an Awe-mazing “heavenly hindsight God taught me. Jesus is my all in my everything and I don’t have to entertain enemy cackle when I can be found in real, solid Godly Truth! God taught me that no matter what I was going through, He had ordained it as part of His Sovereign Will for my life. He has taken the time to control what hits my life and only lets in that which will cause me to become better in Him. Whatever is in my life, at any time is ordained, allowed by Him and I am completely undergirded in His Infinite Love. This is such sweet heavenly hindsight for me. I bring it up every time enemy cackle pokes at my confidence in God! God is with Me, He is my perfect strength in my not so perfect life! AWE-GOD! I used to feel like junk, but I realized that God did not die for junk, He died for me and that makes me really worth the price He paid. This kind of Infinite Love is very hard to refuse and I find myself soaking it up and knowing that my righteousness is not about my ability to perform right, but all about my belief and faith in Jesus Christ. All He has asked me to do is believe and live out my belief in Him.

SELAH! Think On This

It Feels Like Redemption! It Feels Like Peace! It Feels Like Hope! It Feels Like AWE-Jesus Love! It Feels Like Forgiveness! It Feels Like A New Beginning! It Feels Like God’s Son Shining On My Face! AWE-GOD! SELAH!
