Just A Thought
Jesus Was An Obedient Son, He Loved The Father God Wholly-Holy! Thank GOD for Jesus’ obedience, His LEANING into the Sovereign Sway of God. I glean so much from HIS life, it inspires me to obey God, Wholly-HOLY So! Whole-hearted obedience, the kind that is relationally motivated, that is what I saw in Jesus, HIS LOVE for the Father God, it was the passion of His Obedience, He showed us an obedience that was NOT dead letter, tradition. The first part of my life in Christ, I got stuck in “religiosity” and it was so very exhausting. It was all about doing and nothing really about “being” God’s. My reverence of God, which was not holy aligned with God, but in line with pleasing people, it leaned me heavily into the wrong kind of fear, the being afraid of not doing enough, the kind of fear that drove me into works instead of relationship. God flip-flopped my Martha heart of being a doer, to a Mary heart of worship and I have gotten to know the ALL of God, through the AWE of God. (Dig Deeper) As I positioned my heart in vital-vertical relationship with God, He stripped off my religiosity, transforming my heart with a wholly-holy reverential AWE of Him.
Thoughts come and go, but when the Holy Spirit speaks, they are highlighted by our human senses and they are the beginning of a transformation of our soul, that paints a God characteristic on our spirit that remains forever. Pay attention to the bites of God Thoughts that come in your Miraculous Musings with God, they are simply-significantly purposeful. I hope you are forever changed by this little bite of God revelation that is now more than Just A Thought to your heart by the power of the Holy Spirit.
