When We Can’t See His Hand WE Trust His Heart
The canvas of our lives does not always look like a beautiful picture, even though the artist can see it in HIS mind, it is not totally painted out where we can see it, we are God’s Masterpiece in progress. I am learning so much lately. I can see when the things of our life don’t naturally flow into the way we think they should and we can’t “see” how it can turn out for our good, because it looks like more of a mess than a masterpiece, this is when our TRUST and belief in God is the response that is activated in praise. This wholehearted TRUST is truly a sacrifice of PRAISE that really does please God like no other human response. God IS good and a life situation that has suddenly gone awry, does not mean He is not in control, or He has left the center of our lives. God’s Providence has a two-fold purpose that is working towards our good and the good of His Kingdom and when both of these purposes holy align, this is when we have a breakthrough like no other. We TRUST Him and offer up a sacrifice of praise as we wait for His perfect timing as He works out His Infinite Providence in our finite lives.
Enrich Your Praise-Faith With AWE!
Stirring up my faith is engaging my Awe as I respond to God’s Presence! Praise-Faith is my way of expressing respect, honor and humility in the incredulous majesty and perfect magnificence of God’s life, personality, character, truth, promise in action all around me. Awe of Him increases in me and praise flows as His purposes in play in my life shine out, always trumping human impossibility with God possibility. Awe of God impassions my praise-faith, as I cling to God’s Promises waiting for His Promises to be purposefully fulfilled in my life by my incredible Bridegroom, Jesus Christ.
