Genesis 1:1-2
In the beginning, God created everything: the heavens above and the earth below. Here’s what happened: 2At first the earth lacked shape and was totally empty, and a dark fog draped over the deep while God’s spirit-wind hovered over the surface of the empty waters. Then there was the voice of God.
God Is Still Speaking
My faith is so pumped up by this verse. Then… there was the voice of God. It was then, and it is now. His Voice has always been with us. He is still speaking and in that there is great joy for us. We can hear Him in so many ways. He still speaks.

I read the Bible and my soul leaps with strength. God still speaks.

I was encouraged by a post of facebook from a friend. God still speaks.

I read a Christian book yesterday and it changed something in me. God still speaks

I listened to a Christian song this morning and the peace of God flooded my soul. God still speaks.

I found a penny on my chair and heard that still small voice of God’s promised provision. God still speaks.

In a very trying situation, I cried out to God and I had unusual strength, courage and patience. God still speaks.

I read an email devotional this morning and got the wisdom I needed for this day. God still speaks.

I wasn’t sure about my next steps, I prayed and waited and God opened the door wide for me. God still speaks.

I watched the sun rise from behind the mountains as it faithfully does every day. God still speaks.

I woke up this morning and heard the birds chirping right outside my window. God still speaks.

My soul was flooded with gratitude as I looked back on last week and the heavenly hindsight I see is miraculous. God still speaks.
God Still Speaks In So Many Ways
God speaks into our lives in thousands of ways during each week. He speaks provision, truth, guidance, comfort, peace, strength, hope, courage, faith and He speaks in so many miraculous ways that we can’t even begin to fathom the power of His life in us and for us. God reigns in our life and will continue to do so, there is no doubt about it. God still speaks and He speaks volumes of HIS life into our lives.
Hear God ~ Wholly Aligned With Him
God is so good and when He is at the center of our lives, we will flourish, we need to keep HIM there, work really hard at being wholly-holy aligned with Him and stay that way. Bumps in the road tend to knock us out of God alignment, so we need to guard our heart and make sure we are vital-vertical with God and always hearing His voice. God is still speaking.
Thoughts come and go, but when the Holy Spirit speaks, they are highlighted by our human senses and they are the beginning of a transformation of our soul, that paints a God characteristic on our spirit that remains forever.
