Easter Speaks Life… Do You Believe?

Easter speaks of life, it speaks of a forever life. Do you believe this? Listen up to the truth of it and follow it, letting its forever power change your destiny. Easter is found in the living truth of Jesus Christ, a powerful game changer for our human nature.

Romans 6:9-12 So we stand firm in the conviction that death holds no power over God’s Anointed, because He was resurrected from the dead never to face death again. When He died, He died to whatever power sin had, once and for all, and now He lives completely to God. So here is how to picture yourself now that you have been initiated into Jesus the Anointed: you are dead to sin’s power and influence, but you are alive to God’s rule. Don’t invite that insufferable tyrant of sin back into your mortal body so you won’t become obedient to its destructive desires. The Voice

 

Easter Speaks… A Forever Destiny

We are born with a human condition that can be subdued, controlled and forever changed by the goodness and righteousness of our Easter Savior. Easter speaks of a forever destiny, we all can have. The power of Easter does not leave anyone out. The resurrection power of Jesus Christ can transform everyone that accepts it and walks in it.

Acts 4:10-12 I want all of you and all of the people of Israel to know this man standing in front of you—obviously in good health—was healed by the authority of Jesus of Nazareth, the Anointed One. This is the same Jesus whom you crucified and whom God raised from the dead. There is no one else who can rescue us, and there is no other name under heaven given to any human by whom we may be rescued. VOICE

 

Easter Speaks… Resurrection Power

There is no real lasting power apart from Jesus Christ, He is the only ONE who ever defeated death and it is through Him that life exists and has being. When we have our being in Jesus, than we know the best of life. Yes, some days are not exactly as we would plan them, they are so different than we feel comfortable with, but never without Jesus. That is where His resurrection power comes into our lives and we live with the uncomfortable, we enjoy being with Jesus in whatever life season He has placed us. We learn to grow through the hard times and enjoy each day as much as if the day was exactly as we planned.

1 Corinthians 2:10-12 The Spirit, not content to flit around on the surface, dives into the depths of God, and brings out what God planned all along. Whoever knows what you’re thinking and planning except you yourself? The same with God–except that he not only knows what he’s thinking, but he lets us in on it. God offers a full report on the gifts of life and salvation that he is giving us. We don’t have to rely on the world’s guesses and opinions. The Message Bible

 

Easter Speaks… Unspeakable Joy

Easter speaks of a life where everything does not have to be perfect, because Jesus ushered in the promise of a forever perfect. We can live fulfilled even when our dreams are not yet happening. Resurrection power gives us joy in all situations, in every life season. Jesus taught us to make the most of every day. We can do that as we tap into the life of Jesus, being relationally connected to Him, heart to heart. If we look at everything we don’t have yet, instead of enjoying where God has planted us, we miss the life in the moment. Easter speaks life into every second we live and that life of Jesus, that Glory Glow of God, it is this joy that we can live in and out of.

John 3:16-18 For God expressed His love for the world in this way: He gave His only Son so that whoever believes in Him will not face everlasting destruction, but will have everlasting life. Here’s the point. God didn’t send His Son into the world to judge it; instead, He is here to rescue a world headed toward certain destruction. No one who believes in Him has to fear condemnation, yet condemnation is already the reality for everyone who refuses to believe because they reject the name of the only Son of God. The Voice

 

Easter Speaks… God’s Kingdom Life

Because we have forever life in God’s Kingdom, it makes it easier to reconcile the incidences we encounter in this world. We know that we have a future and a hope, Easter speaks of it. It speaks of a Creator, Who loved us so much that He gave His only Son to come to us in the flesh, to experience what we experience and to die our death so we might know life, real life, life that never ends. We do live in a fallen world, Yes, it is so obvious that we do. Our human condition can be so ugly when it follows after the lusts of the world. This fallen world is still good. Know why? Because God has chosen to be with us here, in it and that makes our world so very good for us. Even in its fallen state where people’s selfishness and greed runs amuck, Easter speaks of the life and goodness of Jesus.

1 Corinthians 6:9-12 Do you need reminding that the unjust have no share in the blessings of the kingdom of God? Do not be misled. A lot of people stand to inherit nothing of God’s coming kingdom, including those whose lives are defined by sexual immorality, idolatry, adultery, sexual deviancy, theft, greed, drunkenness, slander, and swindling. 11 Some of you used to live in these ways, but you are different now; you have been washed clean, set apart, restored, and set on the right path in the name of the Lord Jesus, the Anointed, by the Spirit of our living God. The Voice

 

Easter Speaks… Purity Of Righteousness

Easter speaks of a purity of life, so God powerful it defeated death forever. The purity of Jesus, how amazing it is, it washes away all of the stain of our sin and leaves our soul new and refreshed. It is a purity that God loves and when we have been washed by it, our fellowship with God is full and complete. Soul purity is something we can have from every moment into every choice when we have Jesus in our heart and stay wholly-holy aligned with Him. He purifies us in that way that none of us can wrap our minds around, it is miraculous and truly a blessing to the human condition that we all struggle with.

Job 19:23-27 “I wish my words were written down! I wish they were written in a book! I wish they were cut into lead with an iron tool! I wish they were carved in rock forever! I know that my redeemer lives. In the end he will stand on the earth. Though my skin will be destroyed, in my body I’ll see God. I myself will see him with my own eyes. I’ll see him, and he won’t be a stranger to me. How my heart longs for that day! New International Reader’s Version

 

Easter Speaks… God’s Sovereign Will

Easter speaks forever life in that way that only Jesus could have brought about. Infinite Love carried out God’s Sovereign will and battled with death and the combination of God’s Infinite Love and His Sovereign will won the war with our number one enemy, death. God’s Sovereign will is never separated from His Infinite love. Are you struggling today, having a hard time swallowing God’s Sovereign will purposefully in play in your life?

Romans 8:38-39 And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord. New Living Translation

 

Easter Speaks… God’s Infinite Love

Never forget God’s Love is right there beside His Sovereign Will and it will carry you through until you see the goodness of God revealed in your life. Things are not always as they seem to be, God’s purposes are working in the unseen of our lives for Kingdom good. We are never without His active Sovereign will and His Infinite love working together for our best. Every challenge we face, Easter speaks into it the resurrection power of Jesus and the purposes of God at work in the challenge become greater than even the challenge itself.
