I enjoy a constant conversation with God every day. There are no compartments of my life that He is not in, that He is not speaking, leading, teaching and loving me. This is my personal journal where I keep some of the conversations that I have with God all day long! It is kind of sloppy, but I guess that is okay for this post because it is very personal, genuine and a place where I put some truly heart changing things for me. The spelling and grammar won’t be right and the format will be pretty crazy, but please overlook it for these posts. I will apologize right now. I am sorry it is not perfect. Everything God brings into my day to teach me, encourage me and guide me usually ends up in my personal journal, it is messy and fun and I love the heavenly hindsight it provides. There are so many gifted people in God’s family and I love it when a seasoned servant of God encourages me by the divine appointment of the Holy Spirit. I am going to share with you today a few conversation pieces I had with God during the week. I know you will enjoy it and be blessed by it and I pray the Holy Spirit speaks to you through one of my constant conversations with Him.

Prayer Initiated Revival, And Revival Initiated Prayer. Sammy Tippit
“Holy Spirit, stir in my heart and call me to my knees again and again until my life’s breath is prayer. May revival start within me and spread to every person in my sphere of influence. Shatter the darkness around me with Your holiness as You awaken Your people to the reality of Your power and Your Presence in our midst!”

Genesis 4: 7-8 You will be accepted if you do what is right. But if you refuse to do what is right, then watch out! Sin is crouching at the door, eager to control you. But you must subdue it and be its master.”
Daily Audio Bible By Brian Hardin
Genesis 3:1-4:26; Matthew 2:13-3:6; Psalms 2:1-12; Proverbs 1:7-9 (New Living Translation)
Genesis 3:1 The serpent was the shrewdest of all the wild animals the Lord God had made. One day he asked the woman, “Did God really say you must not eat the fruit from any of the trees in the garden?”
Genesis 3:4 “You won’t die!” the serpent replied to the woman. 5 “God knows that your eyes will be opened as soon as you eat it, and you will be like God, knowing both good and evil.”
My Thoughts: He lied about God and enticed Eve completely by deception. There was nothing true in the temptation. If you think about it, there usually is not anything true when the enemy is tempting us, it is always being drawn into a lie that leads to a dead end.
Genesis 4: 7-9
You will be accepted if you do what is right. But if you refuse to do what is right, then watch out!
Sin is crouching at the door, eager to control you. But you must subdue it and be its master.” 8 One day Cain suggested to his brother, “Let’s go out into the fields.” And while they were in the field, Cain attacked his brother, Abel, and killed him. 9 Afterward the Lord asked Cain, “Where is your brother? Where is Abel?” “I don’t know,” Cain responded. “Am I my brother’s guardian?”
My Thoughts: He answered God with a question instead of answering the question God asked and this usually means you are hiding from the truth by subverting.
Genesis 5:2 He created them male and female, and he blessed them and called them “human.”
Genesis 5:21 When Enoch was 65 years old, he became the father of Methuselah. 22 After the birth of Methuselah, Enoch lived in close fellowship with God for another 300 years, and he had other sons and daughters. 23 Enoch lived 365 years, 24 walking in close fellowship with God. Then one day he disappeared, because God took him.
Genesis 6:5 The Lord observed the extent of human wickedness on the earth, and he saw that everything they thought or imagined was consistently and totally evil. 6 So the Lord was sorry he had ever made them and put them on the earth. It broke his heart.
7 And the Lord said, “I will wipe this human race I have created from the face of the earth. Yes, and I will destroy every living thing—all the people, the large animals, the small animals that scurry along the ground, and even the birds of the sky. I am sorry I ever made them.” 8 But Noah found favor with the Lord.
Matthew 3:8 Prove by the way you live that you have repented of your sins and turned to God. 9 Don’t just say to each other, ‘We’re safe, for we are descendants of Abraham.’ That means nothing, for I tell you, God can create children of Abraham from these very stones. 10 Even now the ax of God’s judgment is poised, ready to sever the roots of the trees. Yes, every tree that does not produce good fruit will be chopped down and thrown into the fire.
For we must carry out all that God requires. Matthew 3:15
“God gave us the ability to choose (select, decide pick) and these choices mattered. Our perfect existence was shattered by sin and we were separated from God. It was not meant to be this way. We became sub-human. God came in human form as a perfect person. Jesus is called the “second Adam”, He was sinless like Adam was before he fell into sin. Jesus came as mankind was intended to be, sinless and we see how this perfect person disrupted everything. Jesus offers us a way back to the way things were supposed to be for us. We find our own lives and our own stories in the gift of the Scriptures today.” #BrianHardinCommentary #DAB
For the grace of God has been revealed, bringing salvation to all people. And we are instructed to turn from godless living and sinful pleasures. We should live in this evil world with wisdom, righteousness, and devotion to God. Titus 2:11-12 NLT
Prayer Points By Alvin VanderGriend
“Praise the prayer-hearing God that his ear is attentive to your prayers. Give thanks for the privilege of coming into God’s presence and conversing with him through prayer. Confess any personal failure in your prayer life that you are aware of. Commit yourself to being a faithful intercessor. Ask that God will strengthen your prayer life and help you to pray in the Spirit with all kinds of prayer, on all occasions, for all God’s people (Eph. 6:18).”
“Pray that your church’s leaders—pastors, elders, deacons, and others— may be filled with the Spirit and be effective in the ministries to which they are called.” –Prayer Points taken from Patterns for Prayer by Alvin VanderGriend.
“Intercessors are important to God. He seeks intercessors. In fact, He counts on them. S. D. Gordon, in his classic Quiet Talks on Prayer, said: “The great people of the earth today are the people who pray. I do not mean those who talk about prayer; nor those who say they believe in prayer; nor yet those who can explain about prayer; but I mean those people who take time and pray. . . . They are the people that put prayer first, and group other items in life’s schedule around and after prayer. . . These are the people who are doing the most for God; in winning souls; in solving problems; in awakening churches; . . . in keeping the old earth sweet awhile longer.” by Alvin VanderGriend.
Operation Prayer Encouragement
“The tenacious life style of a #militaryfamily in pursuit of its commitment to excellently, courageously defend the Liberty of this great country can stir up a lot of dust in our family life. We find ourselves looking to be “seen”, to be clearly seen. Do you feel this way? Do you have the need to be clearly seen? #ListenUP because Jesus created an incredible day today for our #MilitaryFamily. He knows us and the needs of our family like no one else does. We are clearly seen by our God. He clearly see’s our heart causes each day as He looks upon us. What will He see today? What cause is motivating your heart today? What will you be in pursuit of this day? We want to be clearly seen, we are #OnThisDay. So, prepare your hearts, cling to God and shake off the dust stirred up by your humanity and be clearly seen in that way God hopes for.” KimberlyMac #ListenUP

Family Life – Prayer Exhortation
“Ever feel like you don’t belong, you can’t find your place in your family where you fit? I do at times feel this way. I believe we all feel this way time and again. We are so uniquely made, incredibly gifted by God. So, our place, it begins with the ONE Who made us, the ONE who knows us best. Relationship with God, this is our first place. When we find this, everything else just seems to perfectly fit around it. I pray that for us, that we find our place in God’s heart, in God’s Arms of love.” KimberlyMac #FamilyPrayer
Psalm 116:1-2 I love the Eternal; for not only does He hear my voice, my pleas for mercy, But He leaned down when I was in trouble and brought His ear close to me. So as long as I have breath, I will call on Him.

1 Corinthians 3:16 Do you not know and understand that you [the church] are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwells [permanently] in you [collectively and individually]? Amplified Bible
“When I really want to “think through” something, I read it out of the Amplified Bible. This scripture really comes alive in my mind today and I feel the weight of the responsibility of being the temple of God. Whenever I feel “weight” I know where to go, I go to Jesus, I get in #Vital-Vertical relationship with Him, because here I find my strength enhanced, my ability equipped and my passion purified. It is here with God, connected heart to Heart that I can be a #TuesdayTemple for God that will reflect the all of Who He is.” KimberlyMac
“This is the only time recorded in the Gospels when Jesus uses His supernatural power to destroy. The tree is “fully leafed out”—a stage that usually comes after figs are ripe and not before. Because the tree looks as though it ought to have fruit but doesn’t, it is a perfect illustration of people who believe they have the good fruit of righteousness even though their actions are void of true compassion and love, as empty and useless as leaves. And so Jesus curses the fig tree, not out of anger with the tree itself, but as a warning to hypocrites who think their appearance is more important than the fruit of their actions.” Voice Commentary Mark 11:15-17 #TuesdayTemple #HELD
Connection! Harvest Prayer Ministry
“Lord Jesus, I have turned my face toward lesser things rather than staying focused upon being a House of Prayer for all nations. I have taken what You have created for Yourself and perverted it into something I have desired it to be for my own purposes. You care that I approach Your altar with humility, integrity, and a clear kingdom focus. For the sake of Your Name, I yield myself to experiencing joy in Your House of Prayer.” Adapted from Giving Ourselves to Prayer: An Acts 6:4 Primer for Ministry (Chapter 43, The Meaning of “A House of Prayer” by Dennis Fuqua). “Praise God for his matchless grace. Give thanks that his grace is sufficient for you in every situation. Confess any do-it-yourself efforts in which you have rejected God’s grace and tried to go it alone. Commit yourself to being a channel of that grace to others. Ask that God will meet your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus (Phil. 4:19) and that his grace will be poured out abundantly.” –Prayer Points taken from Patterns for Prayer by Alvin VanderGriend.

Growing Through 2017 ~ Patient Endurance
Because you have kept my word about patient endurance, I will keep you from the hour of trial that is coming on the whole world, to try those who dwell on the earth. Revelation 3:10
There are days that I feel so ashamed of the me I became because of the choice I made to flesh out emotions that needed to be God managed. I get to this place when I don’t’ spend time with God and His Word and it is usually the same time of year, the holiday season where everything is hustle and bustle and God gets pushed out. I think, I can get through this, I can lax my time with God, nope… it doesn’t quite work out so well because I have this human condition, the same one we all have. If I stay connected to God, heart to Heart and spirit to Spirit, I will not only “get through” but I will “grow through” my day.
I do have a human condition and I do mess up. After I have a “fleshing out” episode, I feel horrible, lots of regret. Then of course, there is that yucky back bite of condemnation that comes from my enemy and just sits on my soul, until my spirit is completely down and my kingdom perspective overtaken by a worldly viewpoint. If I don’t get off this roller coaster of emotions, it is pretty much assured, I will end up with a sick soul, that is puking all over everyone.
Guilty regret doesn’t stand very long as the standard of my soul. God’s light of love, it is so powerful and the Holy Spirit always manages to get truth in my face. I have no regrets that stay around too long, because that is how incredible our God is in His forgiving, merciful, teaching nature, that He is famous for and that I love so much. He never gives up on us and that is why I keep pressing forward with Him.
God gives me incredible courage which is unstopped by condemnation and I am able to face my humanity, see the mistake and humbly ask for forgiveness and change things up. Because of the Unconditional love nature of my God, I am continually desiring to be better, not out of condemnation, but out of conviction and commitment to be the best I can be in Christ.
God will finish what He started in me. A mess I make, doesn’t stop the message of His Cross from coming across to those I do life with. I am assured that this can happen. I know that I am the temple of God, I know He lives inside of me. When you really think about this, it feels like a huge responsibility. In that light of God’s truth, it is not. Why? Because the truth is, when I am attached in a Vital-Vertical relationship with God, it is not impossible for me to live God-like. Jesus empowers me to stomp my flesh, to control my emotions and walk in His Truth.
In Christ, Christ In Me, I find my strength enhanced, my ability equipped and my passion purified as I see clearly out of a Kingdom Perspective. It is here, staying faithfully in a personal relationship with God, connected heart to Heart that I can be an amazing God temple, that reflects the all of Who He is. My success is never found in myself, I serve someone higher than self, my success is simply-significantly being faithful to be found in vital-vertical relationship with God.
Jesus, disrupt the evil schemes of the enemies thought patterns that tell us we “can’t” learn and grow through this life. We can, in You, we can. Help us Holy Spirit, deliver us from every dead end we find ourselves in when we chase after our emotions that have been stirred up by a deceitful enemy with a motive to destroy us. Guard our hearts with Your Word and simply-significantly, help us to daily bow down our flesh before You and put on Your robe of righteousness. May we know the strength and spiritual equipping that happens when we connect with You in vital-vertical relationship. Grow us up Lord Jesus as we patiently endure, taking the time needed to grow through with You. AMEN. Written By KimberlyMac
