Almost There

“God swathed Himself in the unanticipated, so we would know His great love has the farthest reach of any love ever expressed to mankind. Will we patiently endure to see Jesus, or will the culturally correctness of our time barricade us from our Christmas Savior and keep us from the realization of His Love saturating our souls?” KimberlyMac

Unanswered Prayer?

In the times when we are waiting for God to work out His perfection in our prayer request, we can become impatient because we don’t see all the God purposes that are being worked out in the unseen, which have been in play since we first uttered the prayer to God. We only see in part, we do not see what is going on in the unseen and we truly don’t see the redemption plan that God has for us in this prayer, until it is mysteriously and miraculously revealed in all its glorious Kingdom of God splendor.

For now, in this time of imperfection, we see in a mirror dimly, a blurred reflection, a riddle, an enigma, but then, when the time of perfection comes we will see reality, face to face. Now I know in part, just in fragments, but then I will know fully, just as I have been fully known by God. 1 Cor. 13:12 Amplified

Prayer Fleshes Us Out

Every prayer we pray, changes things up and the transformation always begins with us, with something dying, something being surrendered, a willessness learned so God can birth new life in us, so God can gift our faith, increase it in ways we can’t even begin to imagine or hope for. As we pray, we step out on our shaky faith, and the more we encounter the Presence of God through prayer, the stronger this belief becomes and we are changed, “fleshed out and God truthed in” by the Holy Spirit of our God.

Galatians 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ [that is, in Him I have shared His crucifixion]; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body I live by faith [by adhering to, relying on, and completely trusting] in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me. Amplified Bible

Time Is Not On Our Side~But God Is

Our time limit is not always on our side, but God is and has been with us throughout the journey of waiting on Him. It seems that when we are almost there that the enemy pours out most of his vindictiveness and it becomes a full out attack of our faith. Right as the dawn is ready to break into the full light of day, the enemy lurks waiting to stomp out the joy of our God answered prayer. The enemy of our souls will never be able to extinguish the Light of our God or thwart His purpose, promise and provision. Patiently endure, because morning will come in all of its glory and splendor, and the God solution to our prayer will be a realized God-Awe by all, miraculously-merrily so.

Sing the praises of the Lord, you who are faithful to him.  Praise him, because his name is holy. His anger lasts for only a moment. But his favor lasts for a person’s whole life. Weeping can stay for the night. But joy comes in the morning. Psalm 30:4-5 NIV

Simply-Significantly-Purposefully

When we have prayed and sought the Lord, endured as we suffered through, waiting on Him to miraculously breakthrough, our faith is wrung out by the enemy of our souls and it can weaken and our can hope wane. Situations are not always as they seem when God is working in the unseen. We can’t judge by what we see, by the changes that we don’t see, when and how we think we should see them. We must let go of our plan and we must patiently endure in prayer, knowing, believing and hoping in the unseen work that God is doing for our good. Believe in the goodness of God and know, without a doubt, that He is working in the unseen, simply-significantly purposefully for our good and the glory of His Kingdom.

Lord, I have so many enemies! So many people are rising up against me! Many are saying about me, “God will not save him.” Lord, you are like a shield that keeps me safe.  You bring me honor. You help me win the battle. I call out to the Lord.  He answers me from his holy mountain. I lie down and sleep.  I wake up again, because the Lord takes care of me. I won’t be afraid even though tens of thousands attack me on every side. Lord, rise up!  My God, save me! Strike all my enemies in the face. Break the teeth of sinful people. Lord, you are the one who saves. May your blessing be on your people. Psalm 3:1-8 NIV

Keep Asking ~ Keep Knocking

Yes, our flesh is weak, we need to pray it up. Pray for strength to do your part in the prerequisite of the receiving of your prayer answer. Pray It Up: Lord give me a willing heart to patiently-prayerfully endure. Increase my faith as I wait for the answered prayer, for the Christmas Miracle, You are working out in the unseen for me. Keep asking God for the Christmas Miracle, where You need a redemptive action, a delivering to the uttermost, to be saved in that miraculous way that only Jesus can. Keep asking, keep knocking on the door of God’s heart, keep hoping for your Christmas Miracle.

The [former successive line of] priests, on the one hand, existed in greater numbers because they were each prevented by death from continuing [perpetually in office]; but, on the other hand, Jesus holds His priesthood permanently and without change, because He lives on forever. 25 Therefore He is able also to save forever (completely, perfectly, for eternity) those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to intercede and intervene on their behalf [with God]. Hebrews 7:23-26 Amplified

Do Not Be Afraid

Thoughts sent by our enemy can evoke such a fearful soul. Do not be afraid, God is with us. Take every doubtful thought captive by the Christmas Joy of our Savior, Who came to us. This is the truth that sets us free from doubt as we wait on our Christmas Savior to save, deliver and heal us. Jesus was born to save us; His mission has not changed because we are patiently enduring hardship. Jesus, our Christmas Savior will break through and He will answer us, and the splendor of His Glory will shine and we will see and understand the why of all the suffering. Have you ever regretted your suffering after you have seen the glory of God it brought about? Fear Not! God is with you now. Shut down every thought the evokes fear and let the standard of God’s Truth rise above them.

We are demolishing arguments and ideas, every high-and-mighty philosophy that pits itself against the knowledge of the one true God. We are taking prisoners of every thought, every emotion, and subduing them into obedience to the Anointed One. 2 Corinthians 10:5 The Voice

Lean Into God’s Sovereign Sway

The Providential Care of the Father God is seen in a baby being born in a manger. How can this be? Sometimes the answer to our long-time prayer does not exactly come the way we think it should. We must believe that God has a plan that is higher than ours, better than ours and works out the purposes of His Providential Care; two purposes one for our good and the other for the glory of His Kingdom. Sometimes in our humanity, these purposes clash and cause misunderstanding. Who would have believed that the Son of God would have been born in such lowly of circumstances? We miss what God is doing because we don’t let Him have His Way, we want our way. This Christmas, let be, let go, be still and know the Providential Care of God in that miraculous merrily so way He has designed for us. God swathed Himself in the unanticipated, so we would know His great love has the farthest reach of any love ever expressed to mankind. Trust God the Infinite God first before you lean into what you are seeing in the finite and lean into His Sovereign Sway.

Proverbs 3:5-6 Place your trust in the Eternal; rely on Him completely; never depend upon your own ideas and inventions. Give Him the credit for everything you accomplish, and He will smooth out and straighten the road that lies ahead. The Voice

Increase Our Faith

You are almost there, don’t give up and quit. Dig your life roots deeper in God’s Kingdom. The best action is not quitting it is the opposite, it is completely letting go of your worldly viewpoint and clinging to God, to His way, to His truth, to His life and knowing the joy of His Kingdom Perspective. Learn and grow through, as you patiently endure and prayerfully hope, believe and trust in the Christmas Savior, Who will birth in you a newness, a light of hope that can never be extinguished by earthly circumstances, a faith that will increase day by day.

May we never tire of doing what is good and right before our Lord because in His season we shall bring in a great harvest if we can just persist. Galatians 6:9 The Voice
